We found an iPad app that will keep your children entertained as students and sharpen their math skills all at the same time. The app is called Answer 2 Equations and we see this app being useful for students, parents and really anyone who want to learn and sharpen their math skills. This iPad app offers a no matter what your age this math app offers a challenging level of difficulty and has struck a balance between doing math and having fun in a game-like format. Answer 2 Equations offers you robust math problems to solve using addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. As with this developers other children’s apps this iPad game is useful in helping your child developmentally. Baby-Chef app helps develop fine motor skills and visual perception skills as they use touch interactions to create different meals from the main menu.The Baby-Chef app is developed with young children 2 plus year old. Review: The Pete and Sneakers Bath and Bedtime Show
We found a delightful and fun iPad app for children called Pete and Sneakers Bath and Bedtime Show. The developer and author of this interactive book app for children is Erin Davis. Erin is clearly a mother who understands what children need and enjoy with this well thought-out iPad app. I think you and your young children will love these two interesting penguins who are not short on personality. The graphics are eye-popping and the split-screen layout is great for two children to interact with.
If you think about it, in a child’s life bedtime and bath time are big events for the day. The author has brilliantly brought an important message to life with the Pete and Sneakers characters. These cute penguins encourage children to understand their own individuality and uniqueness and how similar tasks can be performed in different ways. For example, Pete prefers to approach basic bath and bedtime tasks more conservatively, while Sneakers’ routine is free-spirited and often just wacky. Review: Noisepad iPad App
It was a big Christmas around my house this week with Apple products. The new iPad 2 tablet gifts were a hit with my wife and son. My son is a musician and he found this newly released iPad best app he’s been playing around with. This app is called Noisepad and is a very cool musician’s app for parties and live performances where you want to get the people on their feet with these beats.
The Noisepad iPad 2 app is a drum computer packed with the latest samples, beats and vocals from A-list artists and producers. The iPhonk developers(a devision of MediaGROE) have created an innovative easy-to-use app that has lots of bells and whistles. iPhonk has cleverly built realtime effects into this app that includes pitch, delay, cut-off, phase, reverb and bit-crush. Review: Shared Paper Lite
A new Pad app was released a few days ago that really makes the iPad a dazzling business tool. This new app is called Shared Paper Lite and is wonderful for making and sharing presentations. It doesn’t take a brain surgeon to figure out that the iPad interface begs to be used in presentations. Steve Jobs knew that the iPad tablet would be in the classroom and the boardroom from the early design days. There are plenty of presentation style apps already on the app store but Shared Paper Lite really caught our eye for a number of reasons. One key difference is that this iPad app is more than a slide viewer presentation tool it is an editor also.
We think this app is going to have mass appeal because there is demand for an iPad app than can do some heavy lifting when making a presentation. I have a friend who is a big ticket corporate sales rep who loves his iPad and takes it on all the sales calls. However, he never fully integrates the iPad into his presentations because everything he needs is in multiple apps and on a legal pad.
